Community One-on-Ones
Thank you to everyone who was able to join us for our community-wide meeting on March 5th, where we kicked off a campaign inviting people to meet and get to know 2-3 people in the congregation through the community-organizing practice of one-on-one conversation.
As we learned in the training, one-on-one's are intended to help us 1. get to know one another 2. learn about where our energy is, individually and collectively. You'll talk about three key questions:
- What keeps you up at night?
- What deeply motivates you?
- What can we do about that together?
