Looking to book space for an event? We are glad to host your family or community event in one of our spaces.

 

Here are the steps:

1. Use the form below to reserve space on either the 1st or 2nd floor.

2. Once you reserve the space, please give us a few days to approve your request online.

3. Once you're approved, please download and complete the building usage agreement, then send it to us with your $100 security deposit.

 

   To make a payment online, use this link, and email your Building Usage Agreement to info (at) churchonthesquarebaltimore (dot) org.

  To pay by check, you can mail us the documents at 1025 S. Potomac St., 21224, or you can put the agreement and checks in an envelope and put them through the mail slot on the south side of our building. For a cash or money order deposit, please call the office to set up a time for dropoff. 443-261-4426

Your reservation will be complete when we have received your deposit, a signed agreement, and when staff has reviewed and approved the request. Full payment of rental fees will be due the week before your event. Upon returning the space to its original condition your deposit will be returned.
